Please read full specifications before you bid because there are some unique requirements. 

I will prefer a coder who is willing to work with wizard generated source code as the framework, and continue the customized coding in OO fashion.

Ask questions, I will answer them openly.

As a retired programmer that wants to stay retired (!!!) I may ask to see the section of code that controls the EA's Open Order decision making algorithm and Close Order decision making algorithm if back testing results become difficult to create the desired results.  This will likely be the quickest way for us to finish the project.  By asking to see this code, I do not in any way intend to plagiarize, copy, steal or in any other way cheat a programmer of their due reward or income. 

As a guarantee for the programmer, once a coder has been chosen and the work has begun, once I am in possession of said algorithm(s), if I do not respond to a relevant coding question within 3 business days, I authorize an arbitrator to release agreed upon funds to said chosen programmer.

After coding commences, I will also upload WAV files necessary for the project.

I will need complete source code after the is done and paid for.
