Colour changes to a adx

I would like some changes to the wilders ADX indicator. The indicator has a histogram option (ADX=1)

Changes: 

Add extra options for colour of the histogram bars: 

- if the bar is lower than prior bar change colour to red;

- if the bar is bigger or equal to prior bar colour is green (rising adx); 

Other: bar bigger than 60

- bar value bigger than 60: if the bar is > 60 then change colour of bar to blue or put a dot or arrow above the bar.  (I would prefer a blue dot above the bar)

- Because I am using multiple charts and indicators I notive mt4 is getting slow. I would like to set a maximum amount of bars to calculate and show the indicator (example only last 200 bars).
