I want to design an EA based on Bollinger band alone with only with following conditions

Condition 1: a sell will be initiated if a bull candle opens below the upper Bollinger and closes above and at the next consecutive candle is a bear which opens above the upper Bollinger and closes below the selling point is closing of the second candle with stop loss of previous candle high and take profit will middle band and lower band based on partial close

Condition 2: a buy will be initiated if a bear candle opens above the upper Bollinger and closes below and at the next consecutive candle is a bull opening below the lower band and closing above, the selling point is closing of the second candle with stop loss of previous candle low and take profit will middle band and upper band based on partial close

Condition 3: condition 1 or condition 2 both is applicable in middle band with total take profit on upper and lower band
