New chart to be built

We would like a new chart to be built. It is similar to the RENKO CHART but has a slight difference which is important and key.

We would like the chart to be built based on pips and not a time frame. SO, each candle should be X amount of pips (to whatever we set it to in settings but from now on we will use 5 pips as an example)

 

A new candle should form when the the price has moved 5 PIPS UP OR DOWN FROM THE CURRENT CANDLE'S OPEN.

So, if the bar opens up at 1.0010 the next bar should open at either 1.0015 or 1.0005.

 It should not repaint or lag.
