MT4 data download for several currency pairs at once

Hi, I have an indicator in ex4 format. It requires the user to drag the indicator onto a chart then choose the timeframe (M1,M5,M15,etc) that he wants to download for that currency pair.

The data gets loaded into a .prn file and is saved in the MQL4\Files folder. Each time the user opens the MT4 folder, the output file gets automatically updated in the MQL4\files folder.

I would like a similar indicator with available script on it that has the following functions:

1. The file should be saved down as .csv format in C:/

2. Change date format to DD-MMM-YY

3. Insert a DDD column. E.g: Thu, Mon,etc 

4. Insert a column called "Bar". this column is = (high-Low)*10000 [if it is a JPY pair then *100]

5. Change time format to HH:MM:SS (not sure if MT4 platforms provide SS time?)

6. Add a 4th decimal. E.g: if the data is 0.987 make it appear as 0.9870

7. Is there a way to know how far back the MT4 platform will fetch data?

8. Can the output file be named e.g: EURUSD_M1_10Jan15to20Jul15?

9. A dropdown menu for a choice of currencies and timeframes. E.g: if the user chooses M1, then the user can either choose data for last 24hours, last 3 days, last 14 days or all data.

10. If you suggest that this indicator needs to be loaded onto a chart, then I would require the indicator label on the chart be changed.
