Part One - I want to have a program/EA for back testing the effectiveness of various signal types that I use for trading.

So the EA will have multiple “Signals” all based on MA's(each with its own unique set of trading rules). Trading rules will be chosen from a set of rules which can be toggled ON/OFF.

This job is to make the Signal Creator only. (Part One). Using 1 min graph on EUR/USD only. 

Part Two - Once I have chosen the best signals from my back testing results, I want these made into an EA for Live Trading.

Once I have chosen a programmer, I will give a full description.
