EA to be modified

Hello again,

I posted a job, but I guess I did not provide enough of a description of what I needed and I confused some programers by sending them all the instructions of the original EA and modifications wanted.  I have an EA that was developed for me and it "Works".  I would like it modified so it will be more accurate.  I have the original instructions that were used when the first version was developed and I have the modifications I would like done. 

I also have the original Mq4 file so it does not need to be totally reprogrammed.... just modified. 

1.  The program enters on the open of the next bar.  The problem is the profit targets and when to move the stop to B/E are based off the close of the previous bar.  As we all know with the spreads, that can make a 2-3 pip difference where to actually get out and when to move the stop to B/E.  I would like it changed to where if the profit target is 8 pips, it is actually added to the "Entry Price", not the close of the last bar.  That way it will make the full 8 pips and not 8 pips minus the spread of where it actually got filled.

2.  The other change I would like is if the trade is still open for 20 min to exit the trade.  If it is profitable, exit immediately.  If it is not profitable, move the target to B/E. 

3.  The last modification I would like to add is an additional filter to "when or when not" to take a trade.   Do not take the trade if the number of pips to the middle Bollinger Band is less then 65% of the target we are looking to get.  In otherwords, if the profit target is 8 pips, but the distance from the entry to the middle BB is only 4, do not take the trade.  If the difference is 6 pips or greater, take the trade.  This is because price generally bounces off the middle BB and because our targets are so small, it avoids losing or B/E trades.

 I hope this job description is better written and easier to understand what I would like done.  Again, the program is already programmed, I just want a few modifications made to it.
