I'm looking for programmer can do an EA based on currency market block.

BELOW IS SIMPLE SUMMARY SCOPE. DETAILS WILL BE SEND UPON SELECTED.

Counting pips on selected pair, sum value, do math calculation.

Able to do interface information at MT4. It have simple block pair, can be sorting +ve lower and -ve upper. +ve pips value color green, -ve pips value color RED.

Able to make it EA disable (manual trade) and EA enable (auto trade). It have own magic number so it will be close by own strategy.

Able to provide simple panel button such as "BUY", "SELL", "RESET counting data", "CLOSE ALL". (under Manual trade mode)

Under Auto mode, EA can be start a new position once the rules is valid after auto RESET counting data. (under Auto trade mode).

EA not opening sell orders in strategy tester 30+ USD
I have a custom EA that works fine in the live market trading, but when doing a back test in the strategy tester , it does not open sell orders. There are no errors or warnings; it just doesn't open sell orders. I've checked every possible reason that might be the reason why it does not open sell orders, but I can't find anything, especially since it works fine in the real market and it opens both buys and sells
