Pattern recognition ea and indicator

I need an ea and indicator

the rules are the same for both, I just want the indicator to show me what the ea is looking for 

I want to find cypher gartley and bat patterns

I must be able to modify certain parameters a-b, b-c, x-c and c-d legs also sl and tp (all based on fibo extentions and retracements) for each pattern

for instance

Gartley pattern 

a-b leg >= .50 and < .786 retracement of x-a

b-c leg >= .50 and < .61 retracement of a-b

c-d leg = 78.6 retracement of x-a

sl = x+-20 pips

tp = .38 retracement c-d

I also need to be able to activate or deactivate each pattern, and if several patterns appear to let me choose which ones to trade 

notice that all points are swing lows and swing highs 

the indicator must draw the patterns like the image attached, the second image shows the x, a, b, c, d points

ea and indicator must estimate the D point, which is the entry point (I dont want the indicator to redraw patterns only to calculate the entry point based on the previous rules  

I also need a rsi filter

if rsi filter is enabled then set orders only if at the estimated price (d) exists an overbought/sold condition

if rsi filter is not enabled then set pending orders at the estimated price (d)
