Mt4 robot programmer needed(easy project)

hi, i would like to have a ea robot with this following conditions
1. limit trading to 3 trades per day, play at 3 to 6 of my time(i will adjust this)
2. auto enter via the smoothed heiken aishi i sent, once the 3 trade limits achieved, ignore any other signal,auto stop loss and take profit in pip (i will adjust this)
3. auto double the lots playing after each 3 (i will adjust this) consecutive loss, will return to original once win a trade
 
to enter, buy when previous bar close above blue bar of smoothed heiken aishi(and vice versa)(only sent to you after offer is accepted)
i may need some more adjustment.
