 I want a program with 2 indicators.

moving average and Bollinger band.Candle trading only. 

IF  ma1 becomes greater than upper bollinger band then label this point in time 'A'

and then BUY if no trade, HOLD  a LONG or CLOSE a SHORT and go LONG.

When ma1 then 1st becomes lower than ma2 then label this point in time 'B'

and then CLOSE TRADE and wait for time 'A'. 

or

 IF  ma1 becomes lesser than lower bollinger band then label this point in time 'A'

and then SELL if no trade, HOLD  a SHORT or CLOSE a LONG and go SHORT.

When ma1 then 1st becomes greater than ma2 then label this point in time 'B'

and then CLOSE TRADE and wait for time 'A'. 

 from time A to time B I would like the program to be enbled to block the actions of any other EAs on active the  

platform.

So if for example there are 4 EAs active on the platform between time "A1" to time "B1" only Betablocker is active

at time B1 they al become active upto time "A2" when they are then disabled.
