Automated trading system / expert / EA for MT5 + Tradingview platform

I am looking for a skilled developer with verifiable experience to develop an automated trading system / expert / EA for the MT5 platform and the TradingView platform. Consider everything I have stated here as a suggestion from a "trader". It is up to you as a "developer" to tell me that something is not feasible or too complicated and we will look for a compromise or another solution = I am open to all suggestions. The basic logic and functionality of this automated system will be the same for MT5 and TV, but in TV the system is a little different = a "strategy" is created = you certainly know the details and differences. THAT IS WHY I AM LOOKING FOR THE SAME DEVELOPER FOR BOTH EAS IN ONE PERSON (= FOR MT5 AND TV) AT THE SAME TIME, SO THAT I CAN EXPLAIN THE LOGIC ONLY ONCE AND YOU CAN USE IT THE SAME FOR BOTH EAs.

Before agreeing on cooperation (by blocking payment from my side in MT5), I request you to credibly prove your experience with successful creation of a similar system in the past = for example, to make similar EAs from you available to me for preview with limited validity for testing, …

The term and price of this project are mutually agreed upon.

FORM OF COOPERATION + COMMUNICATION: tell me how you want to communicate and what time each day is ideal for you (I am in the Central European time zone). I would welcome the form of communication here in the “chat” on MT5.

METHOD OF WORK: I would welcome working together on each individual area separately, step by step, down to the last detail = only after agreeing on one area will we move on to the next. I.e. NOT getting everything from you at once as “finished” and then searching for a possible error. I request that you continuously send working versions so that I can see your progress and agreed and tested partial parts. Test everything and you, that it is functional, before sending it to me, i.e. send me functional and tested parts only for my review.

ORGANIZATION OF LINES/PARAGRAPHS IN "IMPUTS" FOR "SET": individual lines for setting EA parameters will be logically organized and clearly arranged after consultation with me.

BUFFER MEMORY: its correct setting and optimization and efficiency NOT slowing down back-test/optimization and the very functioning of the EA in practice in the live version for trading

BACK-TEST / OPTIMIZATION: EA must be capable of detailed versatile and fast back-test and optimization (complete, forward and genetic) in MT5 for all optional internal EA parameters in their entire range.

TRANSFER OF FILES: after finishing work on this EA/indicator, I will request to send both files = source file .MQ5 and trigger file .EX5. I.e. This EA of mine will not become your freely available product.

LONG-TERM COOPERATION: I will be grateful for the "oral confidential" agreement that if in the future I need to fix or add something to the indicator or EA, I will be able to contact you again with a request to update everything you created for me, of course, again your work will be paid for by me ... = I want to maintain contact so that I don't have to explain it all to someone again ...

TRADED ASSETS / SYMBOLS / INSTRUMENTS: currency pairs and major US indices.

TRADING ACCOUNT: from ICMarkets "raw spread" (I also have a demo account and I am willing to provide it for your tests).                                                                                                                                                                                              MY TRADING METHOD :: trading in long and short directions (= both directions), something between scalp and swing = short intra-day trends are traded in predefined trading sessions on lower timeframes of 1 to 5 minutes = approx. 10 trades/1 trading day while avoiding false trends/noise, NOT hedging and martingale and grid.

TRADE DIRECTION : reversing trades according to signals = long and immediately after short and vice versa (= 2 orders at the same time: for exit and at the same time an order in the opposite direction) or only long and exit or short and exit (depending on filter settings)

NUMBER OF TRADES : only one active / open trade per asset type at a time! No buying!

TIME FRAME : must be optional for all indicators and the EA must work on the TF set by me and not only on the current TF in the "current" chart.

CHART + CANDLESTICKS: candlestick = classic Japanese or Heikin Ashi

VISUALIZATION: all indicators will be displayed on the chart for quick preview and I have the option to choose whether to display it on the chart and if so = color + line thickness + type (solid, dashed, dotted line), displayed signals (including choice of shape and color of the signal and the inscription in it and the distance from the price line above/below), visualization of SL/TP levels and the option of manually moving the lines; visualization of the "dashboard/Inko-panel" directly on the chart for statistics and functions (closing trades, turning off/on EA, ...); the option to upload your own jpg photo from an external drive to the background of the chart and change/center it/...

MONEY MANAGEMENT: options for the number of shares or lots or contracts, the number of units of the account currency, % of free capital on the account.

RISK MANAGEMENT: trading windows/sessions (for each working day, there are 3 time intervals for enabling the EA function = activation and deactivation at a specific hour and minute of the day), maximum limit on spread and slippage at the time of the signal, maximum limit on daily drawdown/profit, standard fixed SL, time-limited SL, flexible SL/mailing SL based on the indicator: options for ATR or MA with detailed settings, standard trailing SL/TP, SL at breakeven, automatic sale of all open positions at a specific time each day (so that nothing is held overnight).

NOTIFICATIONS: all possible variants offered by the given platform are allowed; divided into alerts for "signals/indicators" (EA can only function as a signal and not trade) and/or alerts for "trades/trading" (mainly for open and closed trades + when an error/exception in the EA when executing a trade (the signal was generated and not sent or sent but did not reach the broker or arrived but did not execute or executed but not completely or ... !!! EA must also function only as a "signal", i.e. it will evaluate signals for trades according to the stated logic but will not execute them but send me a notification instead of a signal to the market and I will possibly do this manually at the moment when the EA would otherwise execute the order.

MAIN SIGNAL: option for the data source from the signal candle i.e. "applied price" (Close, Open, High, Low, Median Price, Typical Price, Weighted Close, ...), the signal is not redrawn! = if it remains plotted after the closed candle and the signal goes as an order on the market = it remains plotted, the signal is always based on the crossing of two values ​​= shorter MA (where if the value is "1" it is calculated from the last candle) and the second value will be either a longer MA or the ATR value. Option for both MAs to choose calculation from either classic Japanese candles or HA candles. When the signal from HA candles = signal/instruction is always sent at the real market price!). For all MAs, have the option to choose from as many optional types of MA calculation and their internal parameters as possible including "shift" + option "smoothed" or "weighted" + option to choose timeframe (i.e. I can have the same value for the shorter and longer MA, but different timeframes). For MA, have the option to calculate according to the "dynamic MA period" based on ATR!.                                                                                                                                                                       
"ENABLE FILTERS": always a choice whether to use, whether to visualize in / below the chart, for each filter / indicator have three options and for each option a different detailed setting including timeframe, always have the option to choose filter settings separately for buy and sell orders

- for ATR: dynamic, Monitoring ATR levels as dynamic support/resistance, price crossing with ATR

- for another "third" MA: Monitoring price crossing with MA, crossing of different MAs with each other, MA slope (rising/falling).

- for RSI: Relative Strength Index (RSI): Crossing over the center line (50). Rebounds from the center line. Values ​​above 70 (overbought), below 30 (oversold).

- for MACD: Crossing of indicator lines and the range between them (often in extreme values). Crossing of MACD line with signal line. Range between MACD line and signal line (increasing range indicates strengthening momentum). MACD Histogram: Change of histogram color (indicates change of momentum). Increasing/decreasing histogram amplitude (indicates strengthening/weakening momentum). Histogram around the center (zero) line and increasing/decreasing values. MACD: "Zero-Line Crossover" (crossing of MACD line over zero line - bullish "Golden Cross" above zero, bearish "Death Cross" below zero). "Zero-Line Reject" (reflection of MACD line from zero line). Possibility to set values ​​for overbought and oversold zones.

- for STOCH: Stochastic Oscillator (%K and %D): Crossing of %K line with %D line. Distance between %K and %D lines (a larger distance may indicate overbought/oversold). Values ​​above 80 (overbought), below 20 (oversold).

- for Wilder's CCI : ): CCI crossing with zero line or with defined levels (+100/-100). CCI crossing with its moving average (TCCI - Typical Price CCI). wCCI Histogram (some versions): Similar color and amplitude tracking around zero line. Oscillations and bounces from zero line. Possibility to set values ​​for overbought and oversold zones.

- for MFI : like RSI, with defined extreme zones (e.g. above 80, below 20).

- for ADX/DI : +DI crossing with -DI (indicates the strength of the trend in the direction of the crossing). ADX value above a certain limit (indicates a strong trend regardless of the direction).

- for Boll.bands : Monitoring price touches/rebounds from bands, band breakouts, band width (Squeeze), direction of the center line. Possibility to set values ​​for overbought and oversold zones.

- for Kel.chanels : as for Boll.Bands

- for OBV : Monitoring the direction of OBV (rising = accumulation, falling = distribution). Divergence between price and OBV (e.g. price rising, OBV falling = potential weakness of the trend). Crossing of OBV over its moving average (if applied).
