MQL4 Indicator with Fibs and two pre built indicators

I would like an indicator built that will:

 

- Draw fibonacci levels based on previous day high and low.

- Incorporate two existing custom indicators into this indicator with the fib levels.

- Send alerts/notifications when the price comes with a user definable number of pips to certain fib levels ( i will define later).

-  Send alerts when the other two indicators reach a level and will combine alerts with the fib levels (example alert would be something like:  Price within X pips of fib level X and indicator B and indicator C confirming)

 

I will provide details as to what fib levels I want alerts sent and what conditions the two other indicators should be at to send an alert.
