Need a line indicator which sends notifications by email and to the mobile terminal

1. When a candle stick touches a trend line that i have plotted on the chart, it should send a push notification and an email, to notify of possible entry.

2. Add to parameters working hours, during which the indicator is allowed to send notifications, it should not send notifications at night. There should be two parameters:

• StartHour — the hour to start operation in the morning;
• EndHour — the hour to end operation in the evening.

3. Add parameters for enabling notifications:

• SendPush — allow sending Push-notifications
• SendEmail — allow sending emails

4. The text of the message should be as follows:

check the charts for entry

5. Email and push notifications should only be sent a when the candlestick has touched the line.

6. Only one signal per bar can be sent.

7. To monitor the indicator operation on VPS, all sent messages should also be written to logs.

8. The indicator must be optimal in terms of performance
