Buying mq4 code for MetaTrader 4 platform

We are willing to buy an expert advisor as an mq4 code for MetaTrader 4 platform.

The conditions that must be applied in the strategy are as follow:

1. Strategy has a short stop loss
2. Backtesting results have positive risk reward ratio
3. Backtesting results show Profit Factor bigger than 3
4. More than 100 trades per year
5. Successful backtesting results for more than 6 years
6. EA should show profit in 6 different major forex pairs
7. All open orders should close every day before midnight
8. No martingale or averaging down strategy
9. Return of a full drawdown is less than 1 month period
10. EA opens Buy and Sell orders

If your strategy/code stands with these criteria above, we would like to get encrypted code (ex4 file) to run backtests on our own.
If we agree to buy this code after testings, we will pay 500 – 5000 USD (negotiable) and you will send us an mq4 file (Unencrypted file) of the same ex4 file, unrestricted.
