MT4 Indicator to MT5 EA (if possible) or alternative solutions

Hi, I want to use MT4 indicator (no buffers, just event functions with buy/sell arrows) into MT5 EA or MT4 EA (hopefully MT5 EA).

I see some jobs done in the past like below: (basically same project!) Past jobs all done by some developers.

My requests: 

(1) Entry by the indicator arrows (buy/sell)

(2) Need option of TP1, TP2, TP3, SL based on indicator.

(3) Need option of choose TP1 only, TP1&2 only, TP1&TP2&TP3.

(4) Need customized TP1~3, and SL

(5) Need option of trailing SL with some rules like move BE after TP1 hit, etc...

(6) Need reverse trade after appearing opposite signal even though current position is not hit TP.

(7) Trade lot size based on account balance % or fixed lot size

I have the indicator and can send you (attached).

I think this job is not so complicated for you as an expert MQL developers ! ! !
