Development of an MT5 Robot that trades Using Highs/Lows of the Day, Support & Resistance, RSI and Moving Averages (On Multiple Timeframes)

This proposal seeks to develop an MT5 EA that Uses Support & Resistance, Moving Averages and RSI to Enter trades, and normal stop loss/trailing stop to exit/close trades. 

1) This EA is a grid martingale EA.

2) Dynamic lot sizing (compounding) will be implemented in the EA

3) Trailing stop loss will be an option to close trades in one of the strategies.

4) The overarching principle for the strategies will involve use of multiple moving averages on different timeframes

5) EA should be able to trade forex, stock, crypto, commodities, indices, etc

6) News Filter will be a key feature of the EA, though the EA should also be able to trade during news events

7) There is a trade recovery feature.

8) Different conditions of how to close trades at end of trading session and before news event

9) Source code will be needed along with the EA

10) The EA  It will include different means of take profit including trailing stop

11) Ability to select trading days, which could be the 7 days of the week.

13) A very robust dashboard that can be resized as per the specified settings.

14) The EA will do both sell and buy

15) Note that there will be moving average indicators on up to 5 timeframes that will be used for trading. The MAs could be EMA or SMA. The option will be in the EA.

16) It uses Support and Resistance as one of the trading conditions

17) Many other things are specified in the detailed document that will be shared with shortlisted candidates.

I am willing to clarify any point that is not clear after you may have gone through the proposal. I would plead here that in case you are chosen as one of the shortlisted candidates and have the detailed proposal shared with you, you should go through the proposal by yourself, and not allow AI do a summary for you. This is because in the last 2 jobs I posted here, that was what the developers used, and based on what the AI told them, they thought they could develop it. When the job was finally given to them, they discovered they could not. If AI can understand what I hope to develop, then I would have just allowed AI develop it instead of seeking human developers. 

This job is not easy; so do not propose a ridiculously low amount just to get it.

Please note that I will be biased towards developers that have no or minimal jobs in arbitration and few overdue jobs, for obvious reasons.

Developers that speak and write fluent English would be appreciated.
