Need MTF arrows indicator for MT5

Hello, I need an arrows indicator multi-timeframe that is able to call another indicator through iCustom function, ie. iCustom(NULL,0,"MACD",etc)

MACD should be called through iCustom only one time.

There should be 4 multitimeframe inputs in settings (ie. M1, M5, M15, M30).

So on the current smallest timeframe chart (M1 chart) the arrows indicator should display green arrow if MACD is above zero line on all 4 timeframes, and it should display red arrow if MACD is below zero line on all 4 timeframe.
