Ma alert for vm

I need an indicator that when attached to a chart will give me an alert when Price  Reaches a moving average of my choice.

Text will appear on the chart telling me what time frame It occurred on.

Example ..  Price reaches the 200 MA on a five minute chart the  Alert  will make a sound and a text message will tell me that price has reached the 200. MA on a 5 minute chart. If price reaches the  200 MA on a 15 minute chart. the alert will sound and a text message will be displayed on the charts showing  that price has reached the   200 MA on a 15 minute chart

Keep in mind that the indicator will be. placed on one chart, but monitors all the time frames.

Also, the text message. on the screen will remain there until I remove it. The alert will repeat itself. based on my input.

inputs that i require are. MA period  Ma Method   Sound wave of my choice. text color text size that will be displaying the message on the charts. how many times the alert will sound  selection of time frame    push notification and email notification also  display the input setting on the screen
