I need an EA for 1 of my DAX strategies

Hi,

I need someone who can make me an EA with following for following strategy:

- time range breakout strategy (time needs to be editable hour and minutes: so 00:00 -00:00 )

- Buy Stop order at high of the range: SL: 15 points, TP : 25 points (needs to be editable)

- Sell Stop order at low of the range: SL 20 points     TP: 25 points (needs to be editable)

-EA must be able to add 0,1 or 2 points to the original range for placing the orders (if traded with broker without fixed spread to avoid getting filled without a true breakout)

- @ Buy Stop order. IF order filled and 5 min breakout candle closed <1point above the range: modify TP to 5 points (needs to be editable)

- @ Sell Stop order. IF order filled and 5 min breakout candle closed <1 point below the range: modify TP to 0 points (needs to be editable)

- IF profit on BUY or SELL position: close out other order (needs to be editable: yes or no)

- both orders need to be automatically canceled @ specific hour (time needs to be editable:  00:00). 

- IF a BUY position is still open @ specific hour AND *price is <5 points above the range =TP: 5 points  ,*price is >5 points above the range SL: 5 points (needs to be editable)

-IF a SELL position is still open @ specific hour AND price is <0points below the range= TP: 0 points, *price is is > 0 points below the range: close position (in profit) (needs to be editable)

IF SELL order filled between 'x' hour and 'y' hour: close SELL position @ 'z' hour (needs to be editable)
