I want to make an expert with buy en sell stops, on the break out of the highs and the lows of 04:00 until 08:00 4 hour timeframe.

my manual trading is like this, i use the fibonaci with the levels of -0.25,-0.05,0,1,1.02,1.57: if it hits level 1.02 of the fibonaci the buy or sell order is going to be hit. the high or the low of a timeframe like 4 hours, 04:00 to 08:00 after that if it hits with the fibonaci high or low the pending order is going to run, i work with a hedge then another pending order depends if it hits the high or the low i going to be active if its hits the stoplos of the 1st order. fibonaci -0.05

 second order is 8 times bigger then the first order so i need just a little to make the same amount with the first order. that is on fibonaci level -0.05 there go's the second order to -0.25. 

i just need a expert who can work with fibonaci levels and pending orders, and what i said to look in a timeframe of 4 hours the high or the lows. with a break out strategy.
