Trading Limiter / Position Limiter

I am seeking an EA that can be attached to any 1 random charts out of 20 different charts and detects/limits the number of open trades. I do manual trading and would like to have a limiter to ensure i do not over trade. The checking algorithm should always check based on the Terminal and thus, attaching to any chart should not pose any issues.

Specifications -

At any given point in time, there can only be a MAX position of 1 BUY entry and 1 SELL entry (for hedging purposes), per SYMBOL type. Thus, max trade = 2 (1 buy 1 sell).

IF there is another entry attempt on that symbol, the EA must be able to check if the Stop Loss have been set to Break-even OR higher/lower depending on buy/sell position. If it have been set, the 2nd order will be able to be placed/market/limit/stops orders all inclusive. If the SL is not SET (NULL) or is lower/higher than the entry price(which means it is not set to entry price break even), the EA shall not allow the 2nd order to be placed/executed depending on the different order types. Pop-up alert should be triggered to inform of such scenarios.

I typically use F9 to open trade dialogue screen to execute all my trades.

For example:

1st position BUY XAUUSD 2230.10          SL @ 2230.10

EA should allow the 2nd BUY entry

2nd position BUY XAUUSD 2245.50         SL @ 0000.00 (not set)

EA should NOT allow 3rd BUY entry. Popup Alert(NO Stop Loss placed on XXX entry !!!)

The EA should be able to do this progressively to check on multiple BUY entries, with each trade attempt only to go through when the previous position have been "protected"

The scenario should work on the SELL attempts vice versa.
