Coder needed for EA...Please help

Hy MQL5 Community . I would really like your assistance especially if your a Coder .I would you  to create a robot for me . Here are the indicators needed for robot to  function well below:

RSI will be used for take profit from  1HR - DAY Timeframe if the trend is a long trend that extends above the  1HR timeframe continues further to other timeframes e.g 2HR timeframe but it should range from 1hr to a day . When the Rsi closes below the 30 or 70 then the EA should take profit on the trade.

 4 Moving averages (SMA,EMA,WMA and SMMA)  to used on 15 min chart for trade entries or signals  . The robot should execute the trade when this particular candlesticks close on the same price as one  the moving averages mentioned .

For buy positions this candles should be above the moving averages and close on the same price  and their should serve as signals for the EA to execute the trade. Here are the candles to be used as signals : Bearish pin bar, Hammer ,Bullish Engulfing Candle ,Morning Star Pattern , Evening Star and Bullish Pin Bar.

For Sell positions this candles should be Sell the moving averages and close on the same price  and their should serve as signals for the EA to execute the trade. Here are the candles to be used as signals: Bearish pin bar, Hammer ,Bullish Engulfing Candle ,Morning Star Pattern , Evening Star and Bullish Pin Bar.

This robot should use Currency pairs indexes for confirmation that the signal is valid e.g The  indexes should first give us a trade signal as mentioned above  then the currency piars such as EURUSD should also give us a signal within the range of an Hour from when it first confirmed the first signal from the Index (Dow jones )

e.g. at 10:00am it got the signal on the index then at 11:00 we got another signal on the EURUSD chart then the signals is considered valid .

Risk Management must be implemented in this order:

$3 = 0.01 therefore if the balance is $15 then the lot allocation should be 0.05

Stop loss to be set on the trade 's  entry price after the 4hr candles while the position is still open .

Trading for the  to commence from 02:00 am to 10:00 pm .
