Bullish and bearish engulfing pattern alert on FX pairs for D1 and W1 bars

Hi,

I trade bullish/bearish engulfing patterns selectively; I'd like to create some kind of alert whenever a bullish/bearish engulfing pattern is formed on the D1 and W1 chart so that I am notified immediately to decide whether or not to the trade the pattern. 

The alert should be simple. As soon as a D1 or W1 candle is complete and it's a engulfing pattern, I'd like to get via text or email a simple message that lists the timeframe and the currency pair on which the pattern has just emerged. I'll take it from there. 

I've selected the desired solution language to be MQL4, but I'm flexible if you want to use other languages. As long as it works and I get the alert on my phone, it's good.
