Heading EA

i am looking for developer who can do the following :

If candle close then the EA should open sell and buy trade at same time.

Each trade has its own SL 

Each trade has its own TP

BE

Trade time filter by hours 

i must have the ability to select which hour from 24 hours can I keep the EA trade.

if a buy trade hit sl then sell trade should keep running until it hit TP or SL,only when no position at all

the EA is allowed to open another sell and buy trades on next bar.

the following information should be shown on the chart:

1-balance

2-equity 

3-runing profit
