Hello guys  Can Anyone do this ?I am interested EA Programming - service. I need hedging EA, when trades are in lose, EA must open proportional positions. 

Traders balance is $ 1000, 

• He opens an order -  0.1 buy EURUSD.
• for EURUSD and EURJPY, if its not difficult for all MT4 Instruments  
• If trade is losing and draw down is 7 % ($70) or more of the deposit, the expert must open sell order for hedging the trade by 0.1 sell EURUSD.
• Percentage of hedge zone, must be regulated  changeable 
• If there are several orders in different distractions,   EA Must count all, and open proportional positions. 
• Expert must count open orders, order type and currency
• Expert must control the budget (equity and balance), and if balance is lower than 93 %, it must open hedging order
• Trader must regulate percentage of hedge zone, for example he has changed his strategy and now his hedge zone is – 5 % of deposit.  
• On the right and top of the chart, there must be message  "Secondary Risk Expert is Activated", text size 1.2, text color steelblue (from Meta Trader colors) is expert is activated
• EA has never close orders
• EA must add comment to his orders "Risk EA"
