Order Placement from Excel to Octafx Mt4/5

I want a robot which can place live orders from excel to octafx Mt4/5 and as soon as TP or SL hits the robot must repeat the order itself and keep doing that till the time we do not ask it to stop.

Eg. Let suppose gold current price is 2000$ and I place a buy order in excel of 1995$ with TP of 2000$ then the robot must place a limit order at 1995$ with TP of 2000$ once the order get executed and then after it takes the TP of 2000$ then robot must repeat the order automatically

EA not opening sell orders in strategy tester 30+ USD
I have a custom EA that works fine in the live market trading, but when doing a back test in the strategy tester , it does not open sell orders. There are no errors or warnings; it just doesn't open sell orders.
