A Forex robot based on price action

Rules

The robot must take a BUY trade only and after a bullish candle is formed and take SELL trades only and after a bearish candle is formed. If an opposite candle is formed, it must not take a trade. I should be able to select Buy or Sell based on my analysis. Also i should be able to select the number of trades to open per trade.

SL and TP

Should have a global SL and TP because, I want to close all open positions once my TP or SL is hit.

Money Management

It should have fixed or manual lot size. I should able to select a spread on which it stops trading.

Fitters

Robot must be able to trade seven days a week.  And be able to select on which time of the day I want to trade.

EA not opening sell orders in strategy tester 30+ USD
I have a custom EA that works fine in the live market trading, but when doing a back test in the strategy tester , it does not open sell orders. There are no errors or warnings; it just doesn't open sell orders. I've checked every possible reason that might be the reason why it does not open sell orders, but I can't find anything, especially since it works fine in the real market and it opens both buys and sells
