Custom Expert Advisor for MT5 based on Fibonacci, Moving Averages, and Stochastic RSI

I am looking for an experienced MQL5 programmer to develop an expert advisor (EA) for MetaTrader 5 based on my trading strategy. The strategy is based on the following criteria:

1. Identify a new highs and lows in a trending market.
2. Wait for the first pullback on the 4-hour time frame.
3. Enter a trade when the price reaches the Fibonacci retracement Golden Zone (between the 50% and 61.8% levels).
4. Look for a candlestick pattern as a signal to enter the trade.
5. Use the 50, 100, and 200 period moving averages as additional confluence for support/resistance levels.
6. Use the Stochastic RSI on the 4-hour time frame as an additional confluence. Check if the RSI is overbought or oversold and pointing in the opposite direction of the trade

Requirements:

1. The EA should work on the MetaTrader 5 platform.
2. It should be compatible with all major currency pairs.
3. The EA should have adjustable input parameters for all key components of the strategy.
4. Include proper risk management features such as adjustable stop loss, take profit, and position sizing.
5. Ensure the EA is fully compatible with backtesting and optimization in the MT5 strategy tester.
