Simple EA based on indicator buffers

Need a simple expert that trades based on an existing indicator. The following are the requirements:

  • Indicator will be given. I do not have access to the source file.
  • Indicator has the following input settings:

__Buffer Symbol

       __GMT Offset

       __Expiration Time

  • EA will allow for the said input settings above to be updated on the EA instead of the indicator.
  • There are 4 buffer symbols
  • For Buffer 1, enter a buy position and close after [x] mins
  • For Buffer 2, enter a sell position and close after [x] mins
  • For Buffer 3, enter a buy position and close after  [x] mins
  • For Buffer 3, enter a sell position and close after [x] mins
  • Single TP/SL set for any trade entered
  • Time window to trade

Need this to be done ASAP so I'll consider those that can do it quickly.
