REQUIREMENT:

EA currently opens all tickets with the same lots.  EA must not open ticket for same lot size as existing ticket on same currency pair.  Must work on JPY pairs.

Example 1:
Open tickets are-
001 EURUSD 0.01 lots
002 AUDUSD 0.02 lots

EA wants to open ticket 003 on EURUSD for 0.01 lots but ticket 001 is already 0.01 lots.  It should open ticket 003 at 0.02 lots.  Just add 0.01 lots.  AUDUSD order already exists for 0.02 lots, but EA should still open ticket 003 on EURUSD for 0.02 lots because the AUDUSD is a different pair.

Example 2:
OPEN tickets are-
001 JPYUSD 0.1 lots
002 JPYUSD 0.2 lots
003 JPYUSD 0.3 lots

EA closes 001, only 002 and 003 remain.  EA wants to open ticket 004 on JPYUSD for 0.1 lots.  Because there is no open JPYUSD ticket for 0.1 lots, EA should be allowed to place ticket at 0.1 lots.  It should not place at 0.4.
