Indicator to Plot horizontal lines based on Monday Range (MT5)

MT5 Indicator.

Plot horizontal lines based on Monday Range.

The lines needed will be 50%, 150% ,200%... until 400%.(for both direction)

Fibonacci level also needed although it is not in the picture above, so it will be 21.4%, 38.2%, 61.8%, 78.6%, 121.4%, 138.2%... until 378.6%.(for both direction)

The lines need to be plot from Tuesday to next Monday.

It will need to able to plot for past weeks for backtest.

Inputs needed will be:

How many weeks to plot the lines.

ON/OFF for each type of levels

Half levels (E.g. 50%, 150%)

Full levels (E.g. 200%, 300%)

Fibo levels (E.g. 38.2%, 61.8%)

Color, width, style for each type of levels + the lines of Monday High Low. (need to be in the inputs section, not the color section)

Source code must be included.
