Engulfing candle strategy

Hello programmers,

I would like an EA for an engulfing candle strategy.  

 - I will be able to run it on any timeframe or currency pair.  

- Entry will be on the open of the next candle (i.e. candle one is engulfed by candle two - entry is at the start of candle 3). 

 - There will be a few extra simple rules like don't trade if SL is greater than x pips (I will specify X in the settings) and there have to have been x number of previous candles in the same direction. 

 - It will be able to cope with different types of brokers.

I will give ore details about the rules of stop losses and take profits as I have three different methods and I would like to choose the method I use within the settings of the EA.

I need to have the code as well as the compiled file as I plan on adapting it myself as I improve my strategy.
