Create an indicator to be used on MT4 extending a horizontal trend line on candle open price at specific times

MT4 indicator which when running will paint a small horizontal trend line 90 minutes in length at the opening price of a 1 minute candle.

Indicator to be added to the chart manually at the beginning of the trading day, if the time is later than the first time (06:40) , the indicator is able to look back and draw respective lines for the current day.

When indicator is removed from chart, lines also are deleted.

Source code to be supplied with comments to show where to change the following:

UTC setting (default 0 London)

Text size (default 10)

Text position (default top right of line)

Text to be displayed on line (LDN XX:40 NY XX:40 or LDN XX:40 FF XX:40 (XX= relevant hour))

Line length (default 90 minutes)

Line thickness (thinnest)

Line type (solid line)

Line colour times up to 11:40 (LimeGreen)

Line colour lines from 12:40 (Orange)

Start point of line (default 1 minute candle opening price)

Show line on 1 min & 5 min chart by default
