Build customs ea from indicator

Dear Programmer...

I need someone can develop EA exactly work like manual trade as per above attachment illustration.

Selected person will get full info.

I will paid if the EA works like manual given document. I understand the indicator must have delay little bit but the conditioned to open or sell must correct.

- Lot position can be set manually or by risk % (can be set min and max lot)

- Can be set TP/SL manually

- Can work at ECN account

- It have trailing, super active trailing for good scalping (true/false)

- Time filtering (can be set openhour and closehour) (true/false)
