I need a simple histogram indicator that shows a custom color and alert when there's a volume spike in mt4 Volume in a candle compared to its previous candle.

For example, I set 100% as the spike value, and running in M15

When a candle closes, and its volume is more than 100% of the previous H1 candle, it will shows the color and have ability to send alert.

Please look at this screenshot.

Candle on 16:30 closes with a volume 100% more than candle on 16:15

I wanted to have a custom field which I can set the value of the percentage, the color of the 'spiked' candle.
Might be good if it can be painted on candle at the chart itself as well, but I guess it would need a different indicator.
