EA to Replace Just Closed Order

Hi MQL5 Developers!

I need an Expert Advisor that recognize all trades in my chart and whenever any trade has Stop loss or Take Profit hit, it will replace the latest closed order by a pending order at the same price, volume, Stop Loss and Take Profit.

For example:

1) If I have a buy order of 0.01 lot at 0.96500 with a TP of 100 pips, when the market prices reach the take profit at 0.96600, an automatic Buy Limit Order order has to be generated by the EA with 0.01 lot at the price of 0.96500 with take profit of 100 pips.

2) IF I have a sell order of 0.01 lot at 0.96500 with a TP of 100 pips, when the market prices reach the take profit at 0.96400, an automatic Sell Stop has to be generated by the EA with 0.01 lot at the price of 0.96500 with take profit of 100 pips.

The idea for this EA, is that I plan to open many pending orders manually, and once the Take Profit or Stop Loss is hit, the EA will lunch a pending order for the order that has just been closed with same price, volume, Stop Loss and Take Profit.
