Multiple position opening management

Hello 

i need a specific system for Buy Orders and Sell Orders

1- this system will open multiple position when the condition is reach  several time until 13 position not more so it's because the condition is hit several time that the position open but idétail this more in private

2- the lot based on these orders can be fixed manually by the user 0.01 0.02 ....

3- the condition for the SL is when 50% or 30 % for example (this can be modify by the user also) of the account is reach due to the multiple position opened  the ea close all position 

 so more clarely if the Total profit OrderProfit() of all open opens positions = 50 % of account in loss all open position will close.

4-  From the 10th open position if positions are still in progress (so the other 9 behind did not allow to take the TP) a point of return are fixed to zero profit that mean that 

pass a certain open position threshold the EA will just seek to secure itself and close the positions as soon as the profit has returned to zero and let the closet position of the TP reach TP if this last Opened position also goes down again and does not touch her tp the process start again that mean in this case this position has become now the first position opened alright

5- the TP is set to a number of pips that can be modify by the user if this not possible a writted pips in the code can be good also example 3 pips unchangeable by user if a TP based on Pips are not possible then a Profit threshold of 3$ so when the profit = 3$ close all position.

my code is simplish if you need to change the code for implement what i asked do it your way but i need what i have before 

my code before traded once per candle if you modify this and now he dont do that that problematic for me

so most clarely keep what can be keep and delete what need to be delete.
