Need an RSI trading EA for MT5

I am looking for a programmer to develop an EA trading with RSI indicator. 

Here I attach 2 excel files with requirements of V1 and V2. V1 is smaller and I would like to know the estimated price for it. V2 is bigger and I would like to know its estimated price also, so you can write it in the comments. First we would create V1 - the basic version. In V1 document I marked the needed requirements with green color, and in V1 only 1 buy trade and 1 sell trade can be active, there cannot be more than 1 active trade in the same direction. And a new trade can be entered only if the last one is finished.

In the documents I put a picture - you do not need to program this indicator - it is for information only, so that you better understand when the trades need to be made - when the color of RSI indicator changes.
