EA - Order Placement with RSI and CCI

Need EA which is able to place an order according to market after price breakout, this positions are clearly defined through indicator. The confirmation whether the EA takes the position or not will be defined by RSI+CCI (I will provide the indicators during negotiation period). 

Would like to have other standard functions such as:

1. General setting: T/P and S/L, Lot size, Maximum order per session...etc

2. Trailing stop  

3. Relevant filter setting for this EA
