Remote MT4 copier needed (softwares)

Hi everyone

I'm looking for a MT4 remote trade copier softwares to copy trades between computers all over the world (internet). The speed needs to be very fast (max 2 seconds or less). 

It will be 2 programs (.exe) 

1- Master EA (program panel) which will be the source/sender of the trade signals with a control panel that will manage the subscribers.

• The control panel will have the subscriber name, email, expiration date, the online/offline connection subscribers, the password/key that will be sent to the subscriber to activate the slave EA (it can be an automatic generate key or I manually enter one). The more the better. 
• Filtering order (2 options). 1- Copy all orders to Slave EA OR 2- Copy only orders which are at least X pips in profit. Example: Master EA opens buy order at 1.0000. This order will be copied to slave EA ONLY when price reaches 1.0005 in profit (5 pips)
• The Master EA can have unlimited slave accounts. No restrictions.
• I can send a message to all my slave accounts.

2. Slave EA (program panel) which will be the receiver of the trade signals.

• The person will need to enter the password/key generated by the Master EA to activate the slave EA.
• It can use the exact same lot size as the Master EA or use custom lot size. It can calculate lot size risk percentage per trade based on the account balance.  
• It will have slippage (pips), pair prefix/suffix and  symbol name mapping like for example gold= XAUUSD. 
• It will see the expiration date of the subscription.
• It will see the message that the Master EA sends. 

For the Master EA and the Slave EA, I want my branding to appear in the panels. I want a nice looking panel. Preferably a dark theme one.

For the hosting of the server, it needs to be done on my account with all the source code provided/explanation in case anything goes wrong.
