Expert Advisor creating a new strategy based on 2 indicators infused as one.

Hi,

I would like to hire someone to create a strategy by developing the following:

combining two indicators into one and make it as a tradeable strategy with:

risk management, stop loss, multiple targets, indicator displayed, order cancellations. 

this will be trading on SPX and other major stocks such as TSLA, MSFT etc. 

This strategy will:

 - place orders to enter, exit the trades based on the rules described and identified in the conversation between customer and developer.

- Will have the TSI indicator shown on the chart per outlined in the comments. (TSI - Signal)

- Will be able to cancel orders when rules state it. 

- Will be able to trade different stocks and indexes individually or trade multiple at the same time.

- Will have only one order (pending to enter, current position) at a time. (Cannot have 2 trades on at the same time from same ticker)

- This robot will be able to open to buy a stock or index and close the position upon the rule's validations. (going long)

- This robot will be able to open to sell a stock or index and close the position upon rules validations. (going short)

the indicator that will be used is the True Strength Indicator and 8EMA.
