I have a simple strategy based off whole number price points which I need turned into an expert advisor.

Every time price hits a new whole number of a multiple of 100 like nasdaq hitting 16100 points for example a buy activates with 100 point TP/SL 1:1 RRR and buys activate every whole number thereafter 16200 16300 etc however if price turns around and hits a lower whole number like 16000 for example then the advisor places sell's everytime we move 100 points down the way to 16000 15900 15800 for example

I will be looking to use it on two indices ger30 and Nasdaq and backtest it to ensure its performing as intended.

Should be an easy project for someone
