Moving Average EA

Hi.

I need someone who can create the EA based on 2 MA crossover with the following features:

Part 1

1- As normal, EA will open position based on the crossover 2 MA

2- EA build in with TP and SL

3- I can set MA price, MA method and MA price for both fast and slow MA on setting

Part 2

1- EA has an option (close based on opposite signal/ based on take profit) to close based on the opposite signal or based on TP. If set to close based on opposite signal, EA will close the position when the opposite signal comes out. Example BUY order will close when SELL signal coming out and vice-versa

2- If I set to close the position based on take profit, EA will keep the order until 1 of the positions hit the TP. Example the EA open buy and after a while, market going down and sell signal coming out, EA will keep the buy order and open new sell signal. It will continue open the positions (doesn't matter how many positions) based on the signal MA crossover until one of the position hit TP, EA will close all positions. Yes that right, close all positions and waiting for next signal before open a new position

3- Most important : EA will never open the position in the middle of the  signal. Mean EA need to wait after I attach the EA to the chart, EA will wait for next coming signal. NEVER open position after the EA attached to the chart. Easy to remember, EA will wait for next signal to open position on the new bar.
