Volatility break out indicator

hi guys,

i need an indicator to help me found break out and strong movement of the price so here is what i need:

first the indicator must consider the average high/low interval of the previous number of candle's (user choice)

then the indicator draw a line on the graph at a % of the previous interval to 0% to x% (user choice)

when the % channel line's on the graph get passed by the price (both up ord down) , a sound alert is also triggered

also need some basic information on the graph like the average interval in pips of the previous considered candle's, the high/low interval of the current candle expressed in pips and in % and the spread

please consider that the guy who build the indicator, after a short amount of time of testing and reviews of the indicator, will build an EA that use this indicator
