Risk Management with an EA

I need a risk management EA to look after some of my traders accounts.

Required parameters:

Equity Percentage lose close all trade (Input)

Equity Amount lose in account currency close all trades (Input)

Delete all pending trades  (True/false)

Freeze account and stop all EA (True/false)

Freeze Time in seconds (Input)

Restart EA after freeze time(True/false)

Equity amount close all trade (Input)

Freeze account and stop all EA (True/false)

Freeze Time in seconds (Input)

Restart EA after freeze time(True/false)

Balance  Amount lose in account currency close all pending trades (Input)

Equity Percentage profit close all trade (Input)

Equity Amount profit in account currency close all trades (Input)

Display panel info:

Maximum Draw Down

Last Close all trade time: dd/mm/ min/hour (server time)

Current lose % setting

Current profit % setting

Freeze time:

if possible please create a txt file to record all the Close all trade time
