I have colored bars that are drawn on the candles from one indicator(Red,Gold,Green)

I have arrows pointing up or down from another indicator.

I need an alert when the arrow shows up pointing down on the red bars, and an alert when the arrow shows up pointing up on the green.

Would like text messaging to be enabled along with the currency pair to show up on text message

I have the MQ4 file for only one of the indicators.

More info will be provided when job is accepted.

I have a custom EA that works fine in the live market trading, but when doing a back test in the strategy tester , it does not open sell orders. There are no errors or warnings; it just doesn't open sell orders. I've checked every possible reason that might be the reason why it does not open sell orders, but I can't find anything, especially since it works fine in the real market and it opens both buys and sells
