EMA crossover EA with CCI reversal (CCI indicator needs to be translated from pinecode to MQL)

I am looking for someone to build me an EA (strictly 5min timeframe on XAUUSD) with 3 parts as it's very detailed in terms of how the entries are performed. I am also willing to pay extra for priority! I need this done ASAP.

Example: If price is bullish

First part: 5min EMA bullish crossover triggers the first entry

Second part: once the first trade is triggered, it will have a 10pip TP and a new trade will be opened once the previous TP is hit & this is continuous. Also, everytime price retraces 30pips, the EA will open another buy position but at a lower lot size (i will explain further specifics of lot sizes in discussion), this is also continuous until opposite signal is generated.

Third part: Using a special CCI indicator on the 3min time frame (i will provide the Pinecode script but it will need to be translated to MQL), everytime price turns negative it will open a sell twice the size of the default buy lot size. This will also close once the opposite signal is generated.

Also vice versa in a bearish market.

Key info: the aim of the second part is to catch every move with small TP's as gold is very volatile, whilst also adding lower position sizes if price retraces, in hope that it continues to rise. The aim of the third part is to identify a possible reversal before the opposite signal crossover is generated, in sense, the trade is opened to cover for the current trades loss before the opposing crossover happens again.
