Hi Folks,


Thanks for viewing my EA request. I require an EA based on a breakout strategy and with trade recovery logic. I have the complete logic written out. Quote from description:


The strategy is based on the Simple Breakout Strategy, which itself is a derivative if the London breakout Strategy. We will trade the breakouts on either side of the price range of the first hour of each of the 3 major forex sessions. The idea is that the first hour of trading defines the price trend for the rest of the day. Trading happens on the 5 minute time frame.

I have included the indicator for this trading strategy to show the logic.

The Sessions Indicator draws boxes and lines that indicate the price range of that first hour. We trade all breakouts of the box. The sessions can be turned on and off because pairs respond different to the sessions. For some pairs it is better to use 1 pair as reference and some pairs are volatile enough to trade all 3 sessions.

 

The indicator in action looks as follows:


We base our entries on this indicator (or at least the logic). For trades that go wrong I have designed a low risk recovery mode that is part martingale, part common sense. I require a developer with experience in both areas! Code must be clean and well commented so I can understand what the logic applied is.


After completion of the work I require the EX55 files for further evolution of the code at a later stage. Specifications are attached. Please reply if you anderstand what is asked and think you can do the job. Thank you for your time, and I hope we can make it work!

EA not opening sell orders in strategy tester 30+ USD
I have a custom EA that works fine in the live market trading, but when doing a back test in the strategy tester , it does not open sell orders. There are no errors or warnings; it just doesn't open sell orders.
