Need an Expert Advisor to trade MACD


Features Below:

EA Inputs Required

  • Trade Options (Long Only, Short Only, Both Long and Short, No Trade)
  • MACD Levels (Fast, Slow and SMA signal as Inputs)
  • Entry Option (1 or 2)
  • Exit Options
  • Money Management Options (1 or 2)
  • Entry Options (1 or 2)
  • Trading Days and Time

Money Management

  • Based on Fixed Lot Size
  • Based on % Equity

Long Entry

  • Option 1: MACD Crosses from Negative to Positive
  • Option 2: MACD crosses signal line while below zero line and going upwards

Short Entry

  • Option 1: MACD Crosses from Positive to Negative
  • Option 2: MACD crosses signal line while above zero line and going downwards

Allow Minimum and Maximum MACD Levels to avoid fake crosses.....Fake crosses and fake entries must be avoided

Exit and Stops

Whichever of the following comes first

  • StopLoss = Daily Trading Range  (Define the Number of days for DTR as EA Input)
  • Trailing Stop = DTR-Daily Trading Range 
  • MACD cross zero line (if selected in EA Inputs)
  • Maximum Pip Target reached (if selected in EA Inputs)
  • Maximum Profit Target reached (if selected in EA Inputs)

Trading Time

Enable or Disable Trading Days and Time

  • Starting Day
  • Ending DAy
  • Starting Time
  • Ending Time

Order Identification and Tag

EA might run on multiple timeframes for the same pair......Order must not be messed up (Example: Daily Chart order must not be messed up with the order placed on 4H for the same pair). So each order must have a unique identifier recoginzed for the timeframe.

Screen Display

Display on the top right corner of the screen the following:

  • Current Spread
  • DTR - Daily Trading Range
  • Status of MACD of the other time frames if Positive or Negative (Daily, 4H, 1H, 15M, 30M, 5M and 1M)
